For the seventh time, Shenzhen Airlines was awarded for its services Wednesday by Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC), the country’s watchdog for the industry.
The company received two awards at a ceremony in Beijing. One was for passenger satisfaction and the other for service in circumstance where flights were affected by weather change or other factors.
CAAC conducted a survey among flight passengers to choose good airline companies every year. The awards were for performance of the country’ carriers during 2004.
“Since its founding in Shenzhen 12 years ago, Shenzhen Airlines has treated service quality the same way as it treats flight security,” said a source of the company surnamed Lin.
Lin said that the company had used passenger feedback as impetus for service improvement. Passengers’ opinions could come through to the company through the Internet, telephone, mailbox messages and mail. And the company did not let a single opinion go neglected.
