China's south Hunan Province has begun work on a high-quality expressway, linking the capital Changsha to the hometowns of former Chinese Communist Party leaders to increase tourism.
Changsha Evening News reports that with an invested 120 US dollars, the expressway will be 72 kilometers long.
Local officials say it will improve access for tourists visiting scenic spots en route and help boost "Red Tourism" in Hunan Province.
The project will be finished in 2007.
