Air flights between Hong Kong andeast China cities of Shanghai, Ningbo and Hangzhou have been resumed in the wake of typhoon Matsa, according to Hong Kong Airport Authority on Sunday.
However, some flights to Shanghai are waiting for take-off because of the full control of Pudong airport, said the Airport Authority.
The Dragonair, which added three flights to Shanghai Sunday morning to take away stranded passengers on Saturday, has a total of 18 flights to Shanghai for Sunday and most of them were required delays for take-off.
A total of 54 flights between Hong Kong and those cities were canceled because of Typhoon Matsa and another 10 flights were delayed on Saturday.
