One youth hotel was recently established in Suzhou in east China's Jiangsu province, the City Express News reported. Tourists can stay and do household work in the hotel like they do at home.
Under the name "youth hostel", the hotel in Suzhou is one of the chain hotels established around the world.
The hotel has 47 beds with an average price of about 50 yuan for one bed. Facilities inside the rooms are like those in a student dormitory.
The hotel provides kitchen rooms and washing machines. Visitors cook meals and wash clothes by themselves. They can also work for the hotel to pay off the accommodation fee.
