Zhejiang Province kicked off its largest comprehensive tourist service platform on Friday.
Zhejiang tourist bureau and the provincial telecommunication company jointly launched the platform, 96118. The platform, originally dealing with tourist complaints, now is upgraded as one that provides comprehensive services such as providing information, handling complaints, offering rescue and offering e-commerce service.
By upgrading, the platform has a large number of Chinese telecommunication users as its customers.
Customers can get the service in multiple ways, such as dialing hotline telephone number (96118), logging on its website (www.96118.com.cn), visiting the information center or receiving short messages.
