Macao recorded 1.6 million visitor arrivals in November, a year-on-year rise of 10.4 percent, according to official statistics issued here Wednesday.
The figures from the government-run Statistics and Census Service (SCS) showed that the majority of visitors came in the month from the Chinese mainland (58.2 percent), Hong Kong (27.7 percent) and Taiwan (6.7 percent).
The SCS statistics also showed that the number of visitor arrivals stood at 17 million in the first 11 months, which surpassed the total record of the year of 2004.
