China will extend the jet fuel surcharge, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the country's economic watchdog, announced Friday.
The renewal has no time limit and the surcharge will remain unchanged at 20-40 yuan per passenger on domestic routes, depending on distance, the NDRC said.
China extended the surcharge last November due to the rocketing international oil prices.
