Fishing and marine tourism have been suspended off the coast of Wenzhou City in east China's Zhejiang Province as Shanshan, the 13th typhoon this year, is heading toward the north.
At 5 a.m. on Saturday, the typhoon was located approximately 240 kilometers southeast of Taipei and moving at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour, packing winds of 60 km per hour. It is not expected to hit Taiwan or the Chinese mainland.
