Shanghai Airlines Co announced all its service standards to the public yesterday, which will allow passengers have a clear idea of how they will be served as well as how to make complaints.
The company is the first carrier in China to make public promises about its service.
All other airlines on the Chinese mainland should publish their service standards later this year and be subject to passengers' supervision, said officials with the Civil Aviation Administration of China yesterday.
