John Legend to Perform in Hong Kong

US neo-soul singer John Legend will kick off his solo concert in Hong Kong on Saturday night.

Born in 1978, Legend is a three-time Grammy-winning African American R&B singer, songwriter, and pianist. His debut studio album, the platinum-selling Get Lifted, was released in late 2004. It features collaborations with rapper and producer Kanye West as well as rapper Snoop Dogg and the singles Used to Love U and Ordinary People.

He also collaborated with Slum Village on the song Selfish, which also featured Kanye West. Legend played the piano on Lauryn Hill's Everything Is Everything and sang background vocals on Jay-Z's Encoe, Alicia Keys' You Don't Know My Name, and Fort Minor's High Road.

The January 20 show has been rescheduled from January 18, and tickets for January 18 remain valid on January 20.
