Three of the "Four Heavenly Kings" of Cantopop gathered at Hong
Kong's Victoria Harbor on Wednesday, for the ceremony which honored
their joining the Avenue of Stars, a Hong Kong version of the
Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, and Leon Lai joined fellow stars
Sylvia Chang and Sean Lau to win the honor.
The other "Heavenly King," Andy Lau, is already a star on the
avenue.
The "Four Heavenly Kings" are all active crossover singers and
actors, and have been leading Hong Kong's entertainment scene since
the early 1990s.
The Avenue of Stars, located along the Victoria Harbor
waterfront, honors celebrities from the Chinese film industry.
Around 80 film stars, including Maggie Cheung, Jet Li, Jackie
Chan, Tony Leung and Stephen Chow, have been featured since its
opening in 2004.
