Art or reputation? Director Wang Xiaoshuai chose the former and
as a result his film Left Right has to miss the upcoming
Venice Film Festival, web site Sina.com reported on Friday.
Producer Huang Bin said as post-production editing of the film
couldn't be finished in time, they have to drop out of the
festival's competition.
According to Huang, it would take another two months to finish
the editing. The festival starts on August 29.
The film tells the controversial story of a divorced couple who
