A collector's edition of Teresa Teng's songs and photos will be
released to mark the 55th birthday of the late Taiwan pop diva.
Website sina.com.cn reports that a press conference for the
album will be held in Beijing on January 31 by Teng's past label
Universal Music.
Besides singers, actors and actresses, Teng's brother will also
come from Taiwan to attend the press conference.

The album, limited to 10,000 copies, is a combination of Teng's
biography and her classic songs first published in the Chinese
mainland. The album includes 38 moving songs as well as an
exquisite photo album.
Born on January 29, 1953, the brilliant superstar recorded over
100 albums during her short lifetime and was a major Asian pop star
for three decades. She died from an asthma attack at the age of 42
in 1995.
