Los Angeles Superior Court made the ruling that Jamie Spears would retain control over his troubled daughter's estate and get 2,500 U.S. dollars compensation per week until July 31, according to media reports Friday.
The court had placed the assets of Britney Spears under the co-conservatorship of her father and attorney Andrew Wallet after the singer was hospitalized twice in January for psychiatric evaluation. The order was scheduled to expire March 10.
The Court Commissioner Reva Goetz also ordered Spears' estate to make a 58,800 U.S. dollars payment to Samuel D. Ingham III, the court-appointed attorney who represents Britney Spears in the conservatorship case.
Spears was allowed brief visits with her sons beginning in late February after not seeing them for nearly two months.
She has had a handful of monitored visits with the boys over the past two weeks.
The troubled pop star is now a dance instructor at the Millennium dance studio in North Hollywood where she's been teaching classes for preteen girls.
