The Society of Entrepreneurs and Ecology Foundation (SEE) and Zhongshan Univeristy are hosting the 2010 Green Leadership Cohort Project in June.

The program will pick 20 young leaders from environmental NGOs to try to improve public participation in environmental affairs.

Applicants should have at least three years of experience at an environmental protection NGO.

Period: June 2010 – March 2011

Targets:

The program will have four to five workshops on how to protect the environment and leadership. Scholarships are provided to encourage people to communicate with each other and break the regional barriers to work for environmental protection together.

Applicants selected for interviews will be notified May 26 – 27; interviews will be held on June 7. The final results will be released on June 14.
