An unidentified 13-feet-long white sea creature with horns was recently washed ashore in Spain.

An unidentified 13-feet-long sea creature with horns and a white body was recently found on a beach in Villaricos, Spain, according to the Daily Mail.

The head of the "monster" was first found by a local swimmer, after which a team helped her find the rest of the carcass. Scientists say they have never seen such a creature before, but are not able to determine what it is as the carcass has been badly decomposed.

Some people guess that it could be the backbone of a shark or an oarfish. A spokesman from Programa en Defensa de la Fauna Marina (PROMAR) said that more information might be obtained if scientists were able to analyze the bones of the creature, but no one would pay for the specific genetic analysis because of high costs.
