A wild mink was caught on camera along Bahe River in Bahe County, Altay, northwest China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in late March, 2014.

Mink is a common name for an alert, semiaquatic, carnivorous mammal of the Mustelidae family. There are two extant species in the subfamily Mustelinae, i.e. the American mink and the European mink.

Wild mink are legally protected in China.
