Hailstorms and torrential rains hit South China

Torrential rains and hailstorms battered many parts of South China on Saturday and Sunday. In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, hailstorms have claimed one life and left more than 2,000 hectares of crops destroyed. In Guangdong, heavy rains grounded flights and stranded passengers at major airports.
