 Tiger kills zookeeper in Shanghai

A 57-year-old zookeeper was mauled to death by an endangered South China tiger at the Shanghai Zoo on Dec. 17, 2013. It was speculated that the man might have forgotten to close the door after cleaning the tiger's cage.
