Photo taken on Dec. 16, 2008 shows an overall view of the construction site of Yangjiang nuclear power plant in Dongping Town, Yangjiang City, south China's Guangdong Province. Construction of Yangjiang nuclear power plant by China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group inaugurated Tuesday. With an investment of 70 billion yuan (10.1 billion U.S. dollars), the power plant is expected to generate 45 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually upon completion. [Xinhua]
