The First China (Xingcheng, Huludao) International Swimsuit Festival is set to kick off in Xingcheng, Huludao in Liaoning province from August 16 to 17, according to a press conference held Monday in Beijing. Feng Dehu, standing vice director of China Garment Association, attended the press conference.
