The First China (Xingcheng, Huludao) International Swimsuit Festival is set to kick off in Xingcheng, Huludao in Liaoning province from August 16 to 17, according to a press conference held Monday in Beijing. Xia Lingmin, associate secretary-general of China Textile Industry Association, attended the press conference.
