China to start annual CPPCC session

Staff workers at the Great Hall of the People are getting ready for the annual session of China's top advisory body. The Second Session of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will start in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing Tuesday afternoon.
