Parliament to approve members of Cabinet

Legislators will vote on the nomination of members of the State Council, the Cabinet, at a plenary meeting of the top legislature on Monday afternoon.

The Cabinet members include vice-premiers, state councilors, ministers, heads of commissions, governor of the People's Bank of China, auditor-general of the National Audit Office, and secretary-general of the State Council.

The plenary meeting will also decide on a namelist of chairman, vice-chairpersons and members of eight special committees of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC), the legislature.
