The Ministry of Railways opened a complaints hotline on Sunday
to help resolve grievances more efficiently over the Spring
Festival Traffic peak transport period.
All railway bureaus are required to appoint staff to man the
hotline, deal with complaints and improve services.
Rail traffic is expected to rise continuously in the lead up to
the Spring Festival and peak at around 4 million passengers on
February 10, according to the Ministry of Railways.
