The two groups of China's top legislature and the British House
of Commons on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on
the establishment of a regular exchange mechanism.
The MOU was signed between the China-Britain friendly group of
China's National People's Congress (NPC) and the Britain-China
Group of the British House of Commons.
Sheng Huaren, vice chairman and secretary-general of the NPC
Standing Committee, and Ben Chapman, chairman of the Britain-China
Group of the British House of Commons, attended the signing
ceremony.
