The National People's Congress (NPC) of China and the National
Congress of Chile (NCC) established a political dialogue mechanism
in Beijing on Wednesday.
Chinese NPC Standing Committee Chairman Wu Bangguo attended the
signing ceremony and inked the agreement in the Great Hall of the
People in downtown Beijing.
NCC Senate President Sergio Romero and Chamber of Deputies
