Luo Gan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, met with Omar Alfredo Mora Diaz, visiting president of Venezuelan Supreme Court, Monday in the Great Hall of the People.

 

Luo said that China and Venezuela are both developing countries and share same and similar views on many international issues, highlighting that the bilateral friendly relations have laid solid foundation for the exchanges and cooperation of the two judiciary organs.

 

Luo briefed the guest on the progress of China's legal system, noting that China attaches importance to learning overseas experience about the establishment of legal system, and the cooperation between the two judiciary organs will surely contribute to the bilateral relations.

 

Mora said that Venezuela-China relations are at "best time," vowing that Venezuela will further cement the cooperation with China especially in the judiciary field, and support each other on international issues.
