Inter-party Exchanges Key to Further Sino-Bangladeshi Ties
Adjust font size:

Inter-party exchanges between China and Bangladesh play an important role in promoting bilateral relations, said a senior official with the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Wednesday.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remark in a meeting with a Bangladesh Awami League (BAL) delegation -- the governing party of Bangladesh -- led by the general secretary Md. Abdul Jalil.

Both sides briefed each other on domestic political, economic and social issues and exchanged views on inter-party communication between the CPC and BAL.

Wang spoke highly of the sound development of China-Bangladesh relations, noting that China values the Bangladeshi people's mode of development,

China hopes to see political stability, economic growth and happiness in Bangladesh, Wang said.
