Angolan President Jose Eduardo dosSantos arrived in Beijing Tuesday evening, kicking off a four-day state visit to China at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.

During dos Santos's stay in Beijing, Chinese President Hu Jintao will hold talks with him, and Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo and Premier Wen Jiabao will also meet him.

This is the third China visit of dos Santos since he took office in September 1979. He paid two official visits to China in 1988 and 1998, and also attended the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympic Games in August.
