Mongolian Parliament Chairman Damdin Demberel on Monday hailed cooperation and exchanges between Mongolian and Chinese parliaments and the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party.
Bilateral ties have grown rapidly in recent years in politics, economy and other fields, Demberel said during a meeting with Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
Exchanges and cooperation between the two parliaments and parties contribute greatly to consolidating and promoting the Sino-Mongolian good-neighborly partnership of mutual trust, Demberel said.
On his recent visit to China, Demberel said he was able to see for himself the great economic achievements China has made in its 30 years of reform and opening-up and that Mongolia shares China's pride in its progress.
Wang said the CPC and the Chinese government have always attached importance to China-Mongolia relations and have been committed to boosting the Sino-Mongolian good-neighborly partnership of mutual trust.
At the invitation of the Mongolian government, Wang arrived here Friday for a four-day visit.
