DPRK reopens border for S. Korean visitors

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) agreed to allow South Koreans to make cross-border visits to a joint industrial complex, the Yonhap reported on Tuesday.

Seoul's Unification Ministry spokesman Kim Ho-nyoun said the South Korean side and the DPRK agreed to resume overland trips across the border as of 10 a.m. (0100 GMT).
