Papua New Guinea's Prime Minister Michael Thomas Somare will pay an official visit to China from April 14 to 19 at the invitation of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu announced at a regular press conference in Beijing on Thursday.
