On December 14, 2006, the first round of Sino-US Strategic Economic Dialogue was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The special envoy of Chinese President, Vice-Premier Wu Yi and the representative of US President, Secretary of Finance Mr. Paulson walked into the conference room.
