All 3,000 plus Chinese citizens, stranded in Thailand, returned to China as of Wednesday morning, said sources with China Eastern Airlines.
Flight MU548, carrying 248 passengers, landed at the Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday.
Since Friday, China Eastern picked up a total of 785 Chinese citizens.
In addition, Air China, China Southern and Shanghai Airlines also flew to Thailand to pick up stranded passengers.
In all, there were 12 flights from the Chinese mainland.
Nearly 100,000 passengers were stranded in Thailand after People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) protestors besieged and shut down Bangkok's two main airports Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Mueang domestic airport last week.
