At least 10 militants were killed in a suspected United States missile strike in Pakistan's tribal area on Friday, private TV channel Geo reported.
Several missiles struck a suspected Al-Qaeda hideout in North Waziristan tribal agency bordering Afghanistan and initial reports said 10 militants were killed, said the report.
There is no immediate official confirmation about the attack.
Pakistan's tribal areas bordering Afghanistan have seen missile attacks by US drones, triggering protest and condemnation in the country. Pakistan has asked the US to respect its sovereignty and territorial integrity and warned of reactions to such attacks in the future.
