Doing just 15 minutes of moderate exercise a day may add three years to your life, a study in Taiwan has found, Reuters reports. 据路透社报道,台湾研究表明,每天做15分钟适量运动可以多活3年。

Most people struggle to stick to the general guideline of exercising 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and experts hope that by defining a lower standard, more people will be motivated to get off the couch.
