Wei Min cleans a room in which she houses about 80 stray dogs and cats she has adopted since 2000, in Hefei city, capital city of eastern China's Anhui Province. Ms Wei started a care center for animals in the city, run with her meagre income. The center now faces an uphill task of finding sponsors and a good location. [Xinhua]
