Nigeria on Monday released a 26-man soccer squad for its final preparations for the Beijing Olympics.
Nicknamed Dream Team IV, the team will leave for South Korea on Tuesday for a training tour after which four players will be dropped.
The list comprised all the country's notable players, including star footballer Efe Ambrose, whose injury has been a source of concerns in the last few days.
Only Adeyinka Adedeji of Ibadan-based Shooting Stars Football Club could not make it. He led the team through the African qualifying competition.
The players announced by the Nigeria Football Association also include goalkeepers Vincent Enyeama, Ambrose Vanzekin and Ikechukwu Ezenwa.
Also listed are defenders Taiye Taiwo, Apam Onyekachi, Chibuzor Okonkwo, Monday James, Dele Adeleye and Adefemi Olubayo.
Midfielders in the team are Olufemi Oladapo, Sani Kaita, Olufemi Ajilore, Osadebamwen Okoro and Efe Ambrose.
Forwards in the team include Osaze Odemwingie, Emmanuel Ekpo, Ikechukwu Uche, Bernard Okorowanta, Gege Soriola, John Owoeri, Chinedu Obasi, Solomon Abwo and Victor Anichebe.
The rest are Isaac Promise, Solomon Okoronkwo and Obinna Nsofor.
