Defending champions Argentina suffered a heavy blow as they lost 79-75 to Lithuania on Sunday in the Olympic men's basketball tournament.

Linas Kleiza buried three 3-pointers in the decisive fourth quarter, including the go-ahead one that gave Lithuania a 78-75 lead with 2.1 seconds to go.

Ramunas Siskauskas made one free throw with 1.5 seconds to go to secure the victory.
