German athletes get Chinese names

Jooss Anette Verena, a Track Cycling athlete from Germany, shows off her Chinese name "You Weina" in the Chinese Learning Area of the Olympic Village on August 10. She said she wanted to learn some Chinese because of the Beijing Olympics, and that most of her teammates took a Chinese name before coming to Beijing.
