The National Convention Fencing Hall staged the fencing world championships.

Chinese fencer Zhang Liangliang said, "The competition has given us a real feeling for the Olympics. The venue is great with its lighting and acoustic equipment."

Meanwhile, the Beijing Capital Volleyball Gymnasium, and the National Shooting Range were other venues tested this year ahead of the summer.

With each spectacular venue tested and ready, Beijing is now looking forward to the main event in 100 days' time. These venues should impress the world and set the stage for some breathtaking performances from the athletes.
