Spanish Princess Elena to lead Paralympic delegation

Spanish Princess Elena will lead the the Spanish delegation to the 2008 Paralympic Games, which opens on Sept. 6, Spanish Paralympic Committee (CPE) said on Sunday.

Princess Elena will attend the opening ceremony, with the Education, Social Policy and Sports Minister Mercedes Cabrera and CPE President Miguel Carballeda.
