A firefighter watches for hot spots to prevent flames from jumping on a road in the Los Angeles National Forest, north of Glendora, California, on Sept. 4, 2012. The wildfire has burned 3,634 acres in the Los Angeles National Forest and was about 24 percent contained since the fire broke out in San Gabriel Canyon Sunday.
