Snow plows clear the streets of downtown Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, on March 1, 2013. A blizzard hit the "ice city" of Harbin on February 28, severely disrupting traffic. Right after the snow came down, urban sanitary workers and snow plows started clearing the roads to allow for traffic to resume.
