The remaining snow is piled up on the side of the road on March 1, 2012, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, followeing a blizzard that hit the "ice city" on February 28, and severely disrupted traffic. Right after the snow came down, urban sanitary workers and snow plows started clearing the roads to allow for traffic to resume.
