Alistair Michie, deputy chairman of the 48 Group Club was hired by China’s State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs as a consultant for inviting foreign experts to give proposals, at a symposium yesterday in Beijing. Michie has made many constructive proposals on how Chinese enterprises can establish themselves and survive abroad.
