China welcomes expats' suggestions

Deputy Director Liu Yanguo (middle) of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs said at a symposium for foreign experts' proposal program yesterday in Beijing that China encourages more foreign experts, either working in China now or from elsewhere, to share their advice and suggestions on and get involved in China's development.
