Water level of Xiangjiang River's Changsha section hits 30.34 meters

Photo taken on May 4, 2015 shows a barge in the Changsha section of Xiangjiang River, central China's Hunan Province. Due to heavy rainfall, water level of Xiangjiang's Changsha section has kept rising to 30.34 meters by May 4 morning, higher than the designed level of 26.35 meters for the kiloton ships.
