Water level of Xiangjiang River's Changsha section hits 30.34 meters

Photo taken on May 4, 2015 shows a water level indicator in the Changsha section of Xiangjiang River, central China's Hunan Province. Due to heavy rainfall, water level of Xiangjiang's Changsha section has kept rising to 30.34 meters by May 4 morning, higher than the designed level of 26.35 meters for the kiloton ships.
